BEAD SUSPENSION

Bead Suspension is a mixture of polymeric micro beads suspended in a lubricating surfactant matrix. The lubricating surfactant is comprised of a concentrated fatty acid/amide lubricant blend. Bead Suspension was specifically developed for highly deviated or horizontal drilling applications for both land and offshore use. The surfactant component of bead suspension has a high affinity for metal surfaces and will adhere tenaciously to drill pipe and drill collars. This guarantees that the lubricant will be concentrated exactly where it is needed, between the pipe and the formation.

Specifications:

Appearance: Clear brown Liquid

Specific Gravity: .084

Freezing point: <-10⁰C

Solubility in H2O: Dispersible

Boiling Point: >200⁰C

Vapor Pressure: <0.05

RECOMMENDED USE:

The extreme efficiency of this product allows for low use levels. For typical 800-1000 bbl system, add 1-1/2 drums slowly (one drum per hour). Maintain the system as needed while drilling. Always add the product slowly into the suction pit as close to the suction line as possible. Bead Suspension is an oil soluble product and will not mix readily with the drilling fluid.

PACKAGING HANDLING AND STORAGE:

Bead Suspension is packaged in 275 Gallon totes, 55 gallon drums, or 5 gallon pails.
