UL-II PIPE-ON-PIPE

UL-II Pipe-On-Pipe is a High-Tech lubricant concentrate specifically developed for highly deviated or horizontal drilling applications for both land and offshore use. UL-II Pipe-On-Pipe has a high affinity for metal surface and will adhere tenaciously to drill pipe and drill collars. This guarantees that the lubricant will be concentrated exactly where it is needed, between the pipe and the formation. The pip can then slide effectively without excessive loss of weight to the bit. UL-II Pipe-On-Pipe is environmentally safe, non-flammable, does not produce a sheen, and has a LC50 of >580,000 at a 100% concentration.

RECOMMENDED USE:

The extreme efficiency of this product allows for low use levels. For typical 800-1000 bbl system, add 1-1/2 drums slowly (one drum per hour). Maintain the system as needed while drilling. Always add the product slowly into the suction pit as close to the suction line as possible. UL-II Pipe-On-Pipe is an oil soluble product and will not mix readily with the drilling fluid.

PACKAGING HANDLING AND STORAGE:

UL-II Pipe-On-Pipe is packaged in 275 gallon totes, 55 gallon drums, or 5 gallon plastic pails.
