Mixing Plants
OCS mixing plants are designed on a flatbed trailer with non-CDL requirements. Each unit has a 35 BBL slick water tank with a dual paddle agitator and jet lines throughout for optimum chemical blending and shear. Each unit is also equipped with a 25 BBL sweep tank with a dual paddle agitator and jet lines. Each tank can be fed by a venturi hopper system to ensure for even hydration of chemical and a better, more efficient fluid. Our simple, compact design enables us to utilize a small footprint on location. This leaves plenty of room for customers space requirements between other pieces or equipment and berms.
